Designed as a portable mobile light source for site work and for use as an economical studio luminaire. It has a simple telescopic vertical height adjustment, with universal movement of the light head.

The luminaire gives a shadow free, colour corrected, cool and constant 'daylight' source, for artists, conservators and restorers, to work on paintings, wall paintings, sculptures, tapestries, archives and watercolours. It provides up to 2000 lux at 1 metre distance, with low glare, reflection free illumination and virtually no infra-red or ultra violet emission. Conforming to BS 4533 (101), tested and approved for use in museums and art galleries world wide.

HB Economy Trolley Luminaire (illustrated, right)

Light head is easily removed, without the need for tools, and the upright can be removed from the base for flat packing, to fit into the smallest of cars. Features the superior High Brightness Compact lighthead, with integral high frequency electronic control gear and high brightness C95 PLL tubes. The light head gives up to 4,000 lux at 1 metre. This version is far lighter in weight than the standard economy trolley luminaire (below) due to the integral control gear.

Economy Trolley Luminaire

The control box and light head are easily removed, without the need for tools, and the upright can be removed from the base for flat packing, to fit into the smallest of cars. Features standard tubes, with choice of either TLD95 (daylight) or TLD96 (northlight). The light head gives up to 3,500 lux at 1 metre.
